HOW DO WE DO THIS?

We will accept at least SEVEN ambassadors! Applicants will be notified on or before 4/21/25
WHAT DOES IT COST?
There is NO direct cost from us! You may incur minimal expenses, incidentals - travel costs, parking and such. We view our program as something closer a partnership and believe we receive value in your advertising / representation. That said, there is a time investment required and we want you to be fully aware of that!
what do i receive if selected?
CLASS OF 2026
- 1 hour Spring session
- 1 hour Summer session
- 1 hour Fall session
- Additional hour for a "You" session added on to the seasonal session of your choosing!
- 1-3 themed session invites (1 required, other(s) optional!)
- Fully edited and retouched photos from all of your sessions!
- Intro promo shots at our Meet & Greet
- All Ambassadors will have the opportunity to purchase framed prints or a soft-bound book at our material cost. We use a boutique print house that does amazing work!
WHAT requirements and EXPECTATIONS do you have?
- Agree to attend our Meet & Greet in Gettysburg
- Live within our service area as described above
- Agree to attend your three seasonal photo sessions and at least one themed session
- Agree to allow us to make short promotional reel(s) (think BTS style) (via Meta glasses, 10-20 seconds)
- Agree to post selected images/reels to your social media accounts (Instagram at a minimum, IG and FB preferred)
- Agree to sign a media release form & contract (senior & parent too!)
- Tell all of your friends about us!
We're looking for confident, personable young women and men (guys, are you out there?!) who want great senior photos and feel comfortable in front of a camera!
We always want to honest with our offerings and expectations. To that end, we want to give you an idea of what you can expect for your "seasonal sessions." As we primarily employ natural light for our senior sessions, all sessions will take place during the evening, generally the last two hours before sunset on any given day. On occasion and given favorable geographical conditions - we may have two ambassadors at the same session.
Sessions will take place in our service area. This is generally as far north as Harrisburg, PA, and as far south as Harpers Ferry, WV. We cover Gettysburg, PA to the east and generally don't stray much further than Williamsport / Clear Spring, MD to the west!
We try our very best to schedule sessions close to you. That said, there may be very rare scenarios where we schedule you up to a 45 minute drive from your home address. This year, we want to hold sessions in the following locations;
City Island / Fort Hunter - Harrisburg
Carlisle (downtown)/ Messiah College / Laurel Lake - Carlisle area
Michaux State Forest - Fayetteville to Boiling Springs
Chambersburg (downtown) / Wilson College - Chambersburg
Gettysburg (downtown)/ Gettysburg College / Gettysburg Battlefield - Gettysburg
Boonsboro, MD & Greenbriar State Park
Williamsport, MD
Shepherdstown & Harpers Ferry, WV
We'll try our very best to give each individual ambassador a variety of locations / styles / genres!
As for your "you session" - this is a more collaborative effort, much like one would expect from a traditional paid senior session! We'll discuss how to incorporate your interests / styles / hobbies/ sports and make it happen!

Drinks from Starbucks and lighter fare from One Lincoln provided for Ambassadors and one guest!
We'll talk for a bit and get to know one other, have a quick drink and bite to eat before we head out to get a few photos around town!
You MUST have parental permission and we require a parent/guardian to accompany you on your photo sessions!
